Marupeng not answering his emails for Cancellation

I wrote to Hellopeter about a contract i have with Cell c last Month and Marupeng from the Head Offices called promised to solve my problem and he gave me his email addresss which he does not reply back. I sent the phone for repairs and it passed the test, as he said i should 1st see if the fault is not me, and it was not, when i went to collect in West gate Mall Cell C explained to them what Marupeng said and they sais they do not cancel i should call the Head offices, they gave me the phone i did, i was sent to all the Department i remember speaking to Mzakhe who after drop the phone, the lady in West gate Mall told me that they always do that and we should go straight to the Head Offices and speak to the Managers. I am just angry and disappointed with Cell C their Customer services is Bad and i do not think i will ever do any business with them, they do not know what is Customer services.
