This is a follow up message... after the one I have posted on the 24th of May... ********* Business Practices...

I once again thought that I received a phone call from "someone" who knows what is going on with my Cell C Account ...

MAROPENG MOTANA... you took almost an half an hour out of my busy day, on the 27th of May at 14:38pm... to explain what was done WRONG on my account... and that although Cell C was in the wrong... you will not be able to make the changes on the system... as the debit order date was the NEXT day - on the 28th... (actually funny how Cell C decided to only phone a day before my debit order will go off... although the query was already lodged on the 12th of May)... You requested that I should authorize the debit order and that Cell C will refund my money (which was wrongfully added to my final amount on the Statement)... no later than Monday, 3rd of June...

MAROPENG MOTANA... today is the 5th of June... and the refund was not paid back into my account... the way you promised it will be...

Since Monday, 3rd of June... I have left numerous messages for you to phone me, as you were apparently busy everytime I phoned...

MAROPENG MOTANA... I think it would be best if you phone me when "someone" from Cell C informs you of this message... seeing that you are working in the "Social Department"...

I am waiting...
