Marketing harassment escalated to Ombudsman
I have reported Cell C to Hello Peter 3 times and I have opted out via SMS multiple times from Cell C's marketing. They REFUSE to leave me alone! I am being harrased by Cell C - I have requested my contact details to be removed from ALL their marketing and promotional databases. They REFUSE. This matter will be escalated to the ombudsman.
