Maponya mall rude customer service

Maponya mall cell c does not have customer service. In the midst of my colleagues problems they turned him back without any assistance. He is an old man over 60 years old, he has been using this number for years for communication on whatsapp. He buys data bundles every time but cell c does not appreciate. His phone was ****** at maponya mall, he rushed to cell c to block the phone and d a sim swap. He was refused a sim swap because he was not making calls but using data on the phone. I mean there are a lot more security questions that they could have used. Instead the lady was so rude and refused to help.***
