many debits caused inappropriate bank charges

I have taken out a contract with cell c however what happened these idiots have taken money from my account on the incorrect dates yet I told them I have no money in that account they still debited my account more than 4 times within a month I made it clear to these dumb consultants that never went for proper training that I will make a double debit but they never listen now my bank charges are are higher that what I am suppose to pay for my contract who is going to compensate me for all this charges that is incurred and now they want to blacklist me for this from who's fathers pockets must I dig 400 from just like that it would be nice if trees were money I would have planted a farm to pay u can u ever believe this nonsense can u ever be so damn dumb rather go sell candy floss at the fair
