Manufacturer errors

I've called Cell C and wrote on the website regarding my concerns and till to this day I have not received feedback.<br> <br> I purchased laptop early January and I've reliased that the key pads are wrong e.g. the @ sign is not in the correct area and I don't know where hash sign is as when I click control hash it provides another symbol instead of what I've requested for.<br> <br> Can this matter be attended to with urgency!!!
