Manqoba at Cell C workshop is completely useless
Cell C at The Workshop in Durban registered a 24 months contract without my knowledge. I took up a month to month data sim card mid january 2022 and the same consultant who helped me updated me without my permission. His name is Manqoba. I am now stuck with two sim cards because of him. I would like both contracts to be cancelled and he must pay the cancellation fee since its his fault

10 Mar 2022, 20:04Thank you so much Cell C. My complaint was attended to efficiently. Even though I ended up canceling my contract because of mistake done by a consultant. I will be migrating to prepaid. Well done for taking your customers complaints seriously
