Managerless Cell C

2 years ago, I went to take out a contract with cell c in overport city. When I got there, the staff was waiting outside after the scheduled opening time and when I asked why, they said that the manager was late, so I had to come back later. Very inconvenient.<br> <br> Later, when I had problems with my Pay As You Go, the same manageress had no idea how to solve the problem. Fortunately for me, 1 of the staff, Mohamed, solved it for me.<br> <br> When my renewal came up this year, I went back there, but Mohamed was no longer there. I went to the Gateway branch, where I had excellent service from Nicole, but she needed the authorization from the manager, who was once again, NOT THERE.<br> <br> I don't know what is wrong with your managers. I am considering changing to MTN.<br>
