Manager Cell C (Galleria Mall)

Cell C Head Office called me to find out if I was called by Galleria Manager about the Rude and Unprofessional service received, I was told that the Store Manager had called me with the response that the Consultant(TYRON) in question had denied the accusation and had given him written warning, which is not true, she never called me about the feedback, she called only to tell me she will investigate.
