Management please fix this I never take any contact with you.

I took a Sim only on Cell C 2019 and I was told is a month to month, . Funny part today when I go to the store to cancel that Sim they say I must pay R5 000 before I can cancel the Sim. I never take any contract with You Cell C it was just a Sim only.
