Mall of the south Cell C Stoter

I bought a cell Phone at cell C mall of africa and I later recovered my phone I was told that they don't do returns and they will never return it

Please be advised that there are business rules and policies in place when returning a device.  
What would be the reason you want to return the device?

I lost my phone and went to cell C to buy the phone. When I get home my phone was recovered. The reason is I don't need it anymore. Your store manager at Mall of the south is very rude. They didn't tell me I can't get a refund. even the receipt is not written the terms and conditions. Why don't they write them by the door
