Mall@Carnival Cell C Store

I wanted to do a sim swap at mall@carnival Cell C store, when I got there the two ladies working at the store are very rude towards costumers. I told Busi one of the staff ladies working there my router doesn’t read my sim she looked at my router an said it ****ed up. She charge me to get a new sim R11 I didn’t have cash I wanted to swap she said she doesn’t swap anything less than R50 I went to the ATM withdrew money came back to my the store.. I was helped by the other lady now Busi co-worker I didn’t get her name as they remove there name tags she was also rude she was tossing me with my ID I payed that R11 she didn’t even give me my change back.
