Male employee confronting female employee

Upon heading toward the cell c store in kolonnade on friday 7th august 2015 at arround 6pm, i noticed a confrontation in store between a larger white male and a female of colour (both employees) whereby the man had in an elevated voice seem to be condesendingly talking down to the the lady in which she seemed highly unsettled. I too felt as such seeing the expressions amongst the two clients already in store. Upon my witness of this simply from the entrance of the store, i turned away as my request seemed of insignificant value to the attitude of the stated male employee i have previously noticed to be of some management in previous store visits as an existing client of this branch and brand. I am disapointed at the lack of ettiquete shown. I hope this matter will be attended to as i have never seen this behaviour in this store before.
