MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL
ALL I WANT TO DO IS CANCEL MY CONTRACT.... Magically when I speak to a customer service agent I pass the verification process but when I want to cancel on the same call on the exact same questions i FAIL??????!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I then get told I can go to a walk in centre with a signed notice letter and my ID. I drive all the way there this morning and the idiot tells me no i must phone the call centre. Honestly does your left hand know what the right is doing. I am furious at being messed around and having my time wasted. You wonder why everyone is trying to leave the network.....
