making customers names bad be careful

I have paid my account in full October 2022. 19 November 2022 I received my paid up letter but till today they still put me in arears on my credit report . I called them , spoke to someone at collections department who told me he cant help me instead took my contacts and said legal team will contact me he also mentioned I will receive an SMS with reference number or case number but still no SMS came thru. I was told when I apply for credit I must take my paid up letter and produce it when Cell c pop up as unpaid.

I don't want that, why not updated on credit Bureaus? its almost a year and still not updated . This is ridiculous.

till now no one has contacted me with results. I was told legal team will contact me but nothing has happened yet. I need this to be sorted as am very frustrated.
