Make up your mind

<p>Went to Cell C Woodlands yesterday to purchase a prepaid cellphone at 06:45 , 15 minutes before closing the ladies were all packing up, I asked if I could purchase a phone and I first told "sorry we dont sell phones" then she changed her mind to "we sell phone from 2500 up, what phone do you want" I asked for a Samsung J5, while one lady shouted 3500 and another shouted 4500?? i said too expensive before walking out I asked if they could assist me me with a sim swop and the same lady that said they dont sell phones said "we dont do sim swops" then changed her mind to :we are offline" is this joke cell c? do you train your staff to tell half ****d lies or actual customer service????</p>
