Major Disappointment
4 January 2016 handed phone in for repairs at Cellc Cape Gate with Jackie, went in today to collect after being told my phone was ready for collection. On arrival get handed back the same phone still damaged and no explanation. Get told to phone AG Mobile to do a swop. Was never informed of this by any person working for cellc. *********** staff is the conclusion I come to.
