MAJOR COMPLAINT AGAINST KHOLIWE FOR A TERRIBLE SERVICE AT CELL C

I have been a loyal Cell c customer for more that 9 years and the service that I received yesterday from one of the Cellc agents, she is a shame to a company, incompetence and disgusting. I had a contract with Cellc which was due in May however, my account was debited again after numerous calls done prior May to cancel my contract, I then contacted them in June and I was advised that I never called and because I had accidents with Cellc were I would call and ask my outstanding amont on my account and I will get different amounts which did not add up and I will always ask the consultants to escalate the matter by getting the calls recording and I will never get a response so I did not bother arguing but I raise my concerns to the lady that I was speaking to and she then offered an updrade of a 1G data every month effective as of June, she then advised that for 3 months it will be for free as I am a Cell c loyalty customer and Cell will start debiting R70.00 effective of the 26th of September which I agreed to. To my surprise on the 2th of June the tried debiting R157.00 which did not even process because I had transferred my money from one account to another.

Yesterday I contacted CELLC and I was astounded by KHOLIWE from Acconts Customer Care who is very rude ,arrogant and lack morals she does not even deserve to be called a Customer Service Agent she was not even willing to listen to me but told me with a bold voice to listen to her while I contacted her with my phone and my time, and I feel she gave me that attitude because she had on the other line that I am african and same age group as her so she couldnt even want to listen or understand where I am coming from as a customer. I had to end a call with her and called again and I was pleasently assisted by Precious and her Team Laeder Bonisiwe whom logged a call to listen to the calls recodings and gave me a referrence which they then advised that they will revert direct to me within 24-48 hours but my concerns are:

1. How many agents are behaving like this and get away with it because if Kholiwe can do it to me, she can do it to anyone even worse to elders. Cell C needs to employ agents who understand Customer Service, who put people first because with out customers there is no business and it is only right to respect and value them so that you can retain them.

2.My phone is suspended because someone did not do her job right nor does she know the product and I am being inconvienced and for that I request a compenastion because I now need to wait for 48 hours for calls to be listened to under case reference number ********** ********** 00 and for my phone to be activated.

If this is not resolved with 24-48 hours I will escalate it further.

Thank you for compiling the above and sharing your experience with us relating to the poor service. Sincere apply for the bad experience.

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.

This will be addressed with the team manager to have this kind of behaviour rectified.

In the interim one of our team members will contact you and assist.

Regards

I got a missed call from CELL C 140 and I contacted the number back, I spoke to Thato of which I understand he will not know who tried to contact me and he cannot check as the Back Office agents are not working on weekends which they can only contact me on Monday,I then asked him if the Back Office agents dont work on weekends who contacted me then, he put me on hold for 5 minutes and came back advising that the 2 calls were listened to,I then asked him what is the fedback from those calls he then put me on hold for a good 20 miuntes until he decided to he hang up.

Again I am asking do your agents know and understand their duties, responsiblilites and processes ? because I am not gonna wait for Monday with my phone inactive because of your INCOMPETENCE AGENTS I have serious matters to attend to using my phone this weekend.

Good Day

I would like to take this time to compliment and commend Lungile Ntuli on her expertise as she assisted me today in resolving the above matter with the highest standard of professionalism.

Cell C should reward agents like Lungile as most of the agents from Cell C lack knowledge of Customer Service because such little accidents should not even being escalated as far as media but because we as customers are not vaulued through your contact centres unfortanelty we end up using thess platforms as this is the only option to resolve our queries.

Again thank you Kindly Lungile for the efficient service yu provided in 6 hours.

It is now almost 8 moths experiencing the same problem whereby not even Cellc Team leaders can explain why am I debited R145.00 and not R75.00 each month. My first payment as per below emails from Lungile was supposed to be on the 26th of October, and on that day i was debited R145.00 which as per some of the CELLC agents it included a penalty fee of R70.00 and a contract amount of R75.00 and since then every month I am debited R145.00 which i make sure that it does not get debited as my contract agreement amount is R75.00 and not R145.00 . Its been going back on forth and when i contact the call centre the agents are not even able to advise how much is my exact amount that I agreed on as one of the agents confirmed that she see's R105.00 you can listern to my calls as calls are recorded. It is very tiring and frustrating have to call every month querying the same thing. and i request this contract closed with immediate effect. I have been liaising with Lungile Ntuli and and Danielle Abrahams as per below and I am still experiencing the same problem. Sent: 13 October 2017 10:36 AM To: Lungile Ntuli Subject: RE: SUZAN Good Day Lungile Hope this email finds you well, I received a private call yesterday with a message advising that my Cell C account is in arrears nd payment should be processed within 24 hours and as per the below email I was supposed to be debited R1 till month end of September and the R75.00 should be debited as of month end of October. Kindly look in the matter and revert. This morning the same amount is debited from my account and this is really frustrating, I cannot be contacting CELL C month to month as I have better things to do. Can I have this resolved within 24 hours and request a cancellation on this contract. Warm Regards, Suzan Grootboom Good morning Ms. Grootboom Thank you for your email. Please note that a credit has been prepared for the R70 debit order default fee charged on your November invoice. This amount will offset your next invoice. Regards Danielle Abrahams
