I have sent in an application 2 weeks back with no response of whether it's been declined or what only now that I've called He advise me that he it has been declined with no valid explanation ,he said its due to my statement having reversals and I have no reversals on my statement ,I can't believe this is the kind of service one should get after being your client for many years with no arrears nor reversals I am really shocked !!!
