Made arrangements with call centre still cut

Hi Made arrangements as requested by sms to do for the debit order to be run on the 7th with call centre with Vincentia, 3 days ago and told no problem. Today spoke to 2 people names available if required but service still switched off. These phones are used to run my company and this has a serious effect on how I now can work. We did make arrangements but the lines are still cut so why waste our time and also why send out sms messages for arrangements to be made if your staff say no problem but the lines are still cut. Thanks a lot. Please as previously requested can I have my settlement amount to buy out my 10 contracts.
