Machine swimswap

I was been triple debited by CellC and now i needed to do a swimswap and i've been told that the machine they are using says i'm supplying them with wrong personal info. I hate the service i've been getting with Cell, i feel the money i'm paying it's a straigh ******* and their call center was not helping at all.Papum van staden was the call center supervisor with Bongani Ndlovu the agent.Why are we as customers suffering from such???
