m motana lies that hell get back but never does

He said that I must send him an e mail when I book my phone in. I sent him a number of emails but he has never rep**** to a single one! I called the call centre and left a msg for him but still no reply!!!<br> worst service ever.... My contract is up for an upgrade but after this terrible service I want motana to cancel the contract
