Don't know if i should be angry or laugh about the service i received from Cell C MiAssist,Yesterday my fiance was stuck on the site of the road and she needed some road assist,I activated the panic from my mobile phone expecting to receive the call and i ended up receiving the call after activating the call 8 times,A consultant phoned me and i gave her all the details that she needed,After i don't know long she got back to me and i was informed they have dispatched a service provider and they gave me the service providers name and i was informed i will receive an sms with all the details and the delay time will be 45 to 60 minutes.

I then asked the consultant where there service provider will be coming from and to my surprise she said she doesn't know,then i asked her where does she get the delay time of 45 to 60 minutes if she doesn't know where the service provider will be coming from?Still i didn't get any answer from her, 45 minutes later no one bothered to call and update my fiance and because i am an emergency service consultant myself specializing with road and home assist i managed to get the contact number of the service provider myself and managed to speak to the driver so that i can know what was happening,The funny part is after the tow truck driver has arrived and uploaded the vehicle i got a call from Cell C asking me if i have been assisted i said no i haven't been assisted,i was put on hold and after few minutes i was told the driver will be there in 20 minutes,i then asked myself which driver are they talking about because the vehicle has been uploaded already,The vehicle was safely dropped of at 16:35 and even now i didn't receive a call from them to check if the vehicle was safely dropped off and if my fiancee is safe or not,There is so much i want to say but i will just leave it here
