Lying to customers is not acceptable!!!

NO STARS!!

I'm so sick of having to call cell c at my expense because they **** and messed up my contract and will not fix it. Their deliberate deception cost me lots of money on a data contract. All they ever do is log calls and escalate them - nobody EVER calls back as promised or actually attends to the problem! In the meantime I have to keep paying!!

There should be laws against LYING to customers and making mistakes at your customers' expense! Maybe if people got arrested we would get a half decent service from cell c and not just useless reference numbers that get "escalated" into a black hole!!!

Nelly could not get hold of you on your contact numbers. However she sent an email advising you of this and requested for an alternative number where she can get hold you and assist.

Please respond to her email and she will gladly assist.

Nobody called my cellphone - there was no missed call and no voicemail. This is not an appropriate response but more lies.

I also responded to the email confirming my details and nobody has contacted me since.

Please stop sending generic responses that are not true. Cellphone services are very reliable and my phone is always on. If anyone had called they'd have spoken to me by now - nearly 2 weeks later.

In the meantime, on 20 October I again wasted my time and money calling to try get to a resolution as I need both my contracts corrected and cancelled. After nearly 40 minutes, of being transferred randomly around call centres, Thulani Njama promised that his manager Mbonisiwe Gima would call me back. That didn't happen either.

The problem is not that they keep trying. It's that they don't.
