Lying sales lady

My wife an i's contracts where due for upgrade and we called cell c shops looking for an iPhone 6 but couldn't find stock, on the 2nd a lady who said she was calling from cell c cape town head office, she said she had iPhone 6 in stock and I did the upgrade over the phone and it was successful and the lady promised that the delivery will be on the 7th of April, I called on the 7th to find out why the delivery was late and to my horror the person who helped me said that that they don't have stock of an iPhone 6 and they are not even sure when they will receive the stock. The lady who called me for an upgrade was lying to me and misled me.
