Lying perverted Sales consultant

Me and my fiance was going to the Fourways Mall Cell C branch to book my phone in for repairs as well as get a new S9+ contract for my fiance that was migrating from Vodacom. I have been a client of cell C for the past 10 years. The name tag on the sell agent that assisted us was Andrew.

When we first came is he was upset and did not want to assist us as he was talking to one of his friends at the time (at the desk). He then proceeded to undress my fiance with his eyes and stared at her breasts. She was never as uncomfortable as she was that day.

On top of that, he would not assist us. He gave me a lot of attitude. When he finally opened my account, he gave me the wrong details. He then assured me that if I go to the head office, that my phone will be repaired the same day.

I proceeded to head office, that was way out of my way. They could not assist me at all. They turned me away with forms to fill in and said that I must fill the forms myself and that they cannot help me.

Me and my fiance will be moving to Vodacom as soon as possible. I have never experienced this level of frustration.
