LYING CELLC CONSULTANT

Hi, my iphone charger battery died and refused to switch back on. I took time out of work to go to the cellc store, where the consultant told me that my phone is not under warranty and also stated that if I take it in then the technicians will take 21days and just say 'water damage' when it is not. I then came back to work and called cellc where they confirmed that my phone is still under warranty! the store consultant **** to me! he just did not want to assist me. I went to the apple store and they said that I should get a new phone as they do not do repairs they replace. which is what I am expecting because it is disgusting how I am being treated. the call centre just transfers my call to every department possible in order to get assistance. I now have a week before my warranty truly is expired and I am left with no help and a broken iphone!!!! If this is going to be ignored then I will cancel my 6 year contract with cell c and report this to wendy nola
