LYING AND DELAY ON CANCELLATION

I went to OR Tambo Cell C store on the 17th of December to purchase a phone on contract. The package included a Huawei P8 and a tablet. My credit record was good so Cell C allowed me to take a phone on contract. They spend 6 hours trying to process the application and activate the phones. After waiting for so long I decided that they should cancel it because still I was going home without the phones. So they told me they would cancel it. I've been calling Tshepo the manager since the 18th up to date trying to find out whether they've cancelled it or not and he's been giving me empty promises. Yesterday Cell C deducted money from my account for a phone I never used not touched. Its been 3 weeks now trying to sort out this issue without success.
