Lying about there phones quality cheating people into contacts

On the 28 April 2023 I was at the cellc store in canal walk I requested and asked for a contract phone I spoke to the assistant Ihlaam who then asked what is my phone of interest I said possibly a Samsung A54 she said I only qualify for a phone that is in the range of 350 a month and said I qualify for a oppo I looked at her and said okay and asked not even a Samsung she said no I then asked if I could see what it possibly looks like she looked for a dummy phone and showed me that once she got the phone she then turned it on and said she is just setting up once I signed the papers she then said she is gonna turn it off and she put it in the box so what I'm saying is I didn't even get a chance to even go through the phone or let alone look at it so with her telling me it's exactly like a Samsung which I firmly disagree and I feel I was given an item that is nothing like I was told I want to return this item cause I can not or refuse to pay for something I do not want I only checked the phone when I got home I did not sign in this phone someone needs to take ownership for this and give me a other device or I will raise a formal complaint she was the one who setted up this phone

I also called to the call center the evening on the 28 April 2023 and was advised that I can return the item I tried calling to the store several times and no one answered I did what I could this is pathetic that I am now being told i can not give this phone back I would like for this issue to be resolved
