***********ly trained staff and cell c are proper damn rogues!

Poorly *********** trained staff!!! I called 5 times now, each time I called in I am told different things. Today I was told my contract was migrated to a lesser package when all I wanted was prepaid at the end of contract which I called for 4 times prior to this!!! This is the kicker when the agent transferred me to cancellations dept, I am told they will cancel my contract on the 5th of April which is Tomorrow but still charge me another R504.99 on april the 30th but here is the best part, all the benefits of the contract would be ended on the 5th and moved to prepaid. So basically im charged R505 for 5 days of contract use.
