After a year and two months I finally got my queries resolved.

All thanks to Lungile Ntuli !!!!

You my dear are a STAR !!!!!!!!.

Not only did she phone my immediately after my complaint but resolved my case in a matter of two hours. She was very polite and new what needed to be done to address my concerns. She did research as far back as November 2017 and in a very professional manner had everything updated to date with secure evidence that it was resolved.

Only person I can suggest in this company would be Lungile Ntuli..
