LTE Rip-Off

My 50gb LTE contract that I took out 4 months ago for R359pm and was capped at R1.00 somehow increased to a R1000.00 cap. No one at Cell C is able to provide clarity as I did not request nor approve any increases to my account. Yet the debit order went off my account leaving me a R650 short this month.
