LTE Mi - Fi Router Deal

How can Cell C still be advertising the Mi-Fi deal on TV when it appears there is no stock in the country. I visited the shop in Woodlands Boulevard Pretoria yesterday to be informed that stock may be available only at the end of April. My name was added to a list to be contacted. How does this work? if you advertise why waste my time traveling to an outlet. Under CPA rules, if you advertise, stock levels should be anticipated for the deal in question.
