LTE Home connecta data - terrible Service

I bought one 1TB two months ago, and i've been contacting them to help with data roll-over, of which there was no assistance whatsover,

Now I bought 200GB, after buying it...it was allocated 100GB Nite while the other 100GB was directed to day, this was never indicated when I was buying the data. Even more, it was indicated that the data will expire after 60 days but the expiry date is now after 30 days!!
