LTE Home Connecta data not loaded
I have purchased LTE Home Connecta data R99.00 (12 GB DATA) on 25/07/24 via internet but payment was made via my Absa Banking App (OTP). I have not received my data yet the transaction was successful. My Bank has confirmed payment, yet Cell C cannot see the payment. The Call Centre is pathetic and no one knows how to deal with this query yet I'm being referred from pillar to post.
