Lte bakerton springs

Cell c lte data is not working in the bakerton springs area phoned numerous time all they tell us is technical is on strike it has been for 2weeks now that we don't have data in our area yet we are BEING BILLED FOR SERVICES NOT SUPP**** THIS IS IN BREACH OF THE CONTRACT I now wish to cancel this lte contract as firstly there is no network and WE ARE STILL CHARGED FOR IT SPOKE TO A CONSULTANT this morning with ref number case number ********** 087 now I want to can ell all 4 contracts with cell c yet nobody wants to contact me I will now put a stop oder on the debit for this month because this is not on at all all my lines not working
