<p>I have recently took a contract with CellC LTE Huawei Router. When I unpacked and connect it I could only access 3 G and not the 4 G. I have called several times to the technical deptmamet to no joy and unil I was told my house is aout 15 meters away from the 4G coverage. I called the Cancelaltion department to cancel the contract I was told to pay R2 490 and keep the router. I wanted to escalate and they refered me to their legal department and no joy of holding for 20 minutes plus.</p>
