LTE Advance package- Dissapointed
It has been two weeks. No response after several complaints... It is suppose to be LTE Advance but you cant even receive a whatsapp message while connected on the Wifi. What am I paying for?

04 Mar 2019, 14:22When no one is connected on the wifi the download speed is 2.1 Mbps. Upload speed 545.7 kbps. Connected two devices on the wifi download speed - 625.8 kbps. Upload speed- 24.0 kbps... Oh and my area is LTE advance!!!???? PLEASE PHONE ME ONE DAY when it suits you SO I CAN CANCEL this thing!
