LTE???

So after numerous complaints to Cell C about their snail speed LTE I was given the same response that I should be happy at 1.1mbps as opposed to the \up to 150mbps\" that I was promised. Their technician came out here and tested the speed and the results were worst than the last time and Emmanuel Nkuna tells me there's nothing that they can do and that I must basically be happy with what I'm getting, clearly Cell C isn't a strong and capable network to satisfy their customers when their LTE runs at dial up speeds and every excuse is made for them not to be responsible for deceiving customers, I do not want to deal with these agents that don't know anything or does not have the company that they work for interest at heart, I did a speed test again now and I an barely running at 1mbps. I have screen shots of it and all the recordings with the agent so like I said to him I will be taking this to social media and to every possible source to expose the kind of service I am getting from Cell C and the unprofessionalism that is tolerated by Senior management to allow these agents to keep passing the buck and expecting customers to pay top dollar and to be happy with whatever is given tous"
