LOYALY and CUSTOMER SERVICES MEANS NOTHING TO CELL C

CELL -C Money Makers :( I am extremely unhappy after complaining to Cell C regarding a cancelled contract they refuse to cancel the line and have the decency to debit my account again . Cell C Customer services agents have no respect , They make u believe that you are stupid and don't know what you are complaining about .I would not even recommend Cell C to any one if they paid me to. Staff at Cell C are rude and defensive. You ask for a settlement fee and pay the fee within the given time frame Cell C makes it your fault that their staff members failed to do their jobs im disgusted , disappointed and sad. DONT EVER ENGAGE FOR BUSINESS WITH CELL C , LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING TO THEM
