Loyalty

To whom it may concern,<br> I have been a Cell C customer for many years now and am a little disappointed with what you have to offer me with an upgrade. First of all I would like to say that I am on a call 200 with 200 min, 200 SMS and 1 Gig data. This package costs me R549 with the then Samsung S5. Keep in mind that the S5 was the top of the range 2 years ago. Now when inquiring to upgrade again with the phone I would like (Sony Experia Z5), I see that I would need to pay R599 and ONLY get R150 to use for calls or Data? Sorry but other Phone providers are offering the same phone with 100 free min, 1 gig data and free Wifi for R499.Firstly I want to know where is Cell C making the effort to compete with the other SP. Secondly what is Cell C doing to compensate their existing clients? I have 3 Contracts with Cell C and all expiring in June/July. It's a pity that Cell C only concentrate on getting New clients with buy outs and not worrying about the loyal existing clients. You response is greatly appreciated.<br> Regards<br> Franco
