LOYAL CUSTOMER SLAPPED IN THE FACE BY CREDIT VETTING!
I have been a loyal customer of Cell C for 6 years. Due for a 4th upgrade. I enquired about an add-on for my Spouse for a mere R299 top up contract and I was denied, even after my salary has been updated (with R5000) and additional income noted I was again denied...? All I’m asking for is R299, not R2000! It’s no secret that CellC is in financial trouble, yet they deny loyal customers from bringing extra business to them? I’m utterly disgusted!
