Lowest service received, no one can asisst, no one can transfers calls directly managers

My Sisters purchased a cell phone on contract, she asked to keep her old number . Her old number was rica`d under my name. Lorraine from sales incorrectly gave my current prepaid number and did a swim swap to my sisters phones, My sister and I both tried from the 29.9.2017 to sort this query, everyday telling the same story on the same reference number till today I could not receive calls on my phone. Chantell Jose assisted but only sorted a portion of the query, Teboho from the night shift said they were processing and will call me back at 8pm yesterday( He did not).
