I absolutely never have internet signal, my calls get dropped in the middle of a conversation because of poor signal, I can't use any of the features on my smartphone except when I have access to a wifi network because I always have such bad reception!<br> <br> When trying to log into my account online it keeps telling me that my pasword/number combination is incorrect, I have reset my password how many times now, and the website just keeps telling me to retry after an hour because my account has been locked due to 3 failed attempts.
