Low quality product
The qualify of your sim card is very low, I have had a contract sim just over a year and it has been out off service for close to 2 months. This sim is never removed from the phone but it's now damaged out off service. On another phone my Vodacom sim has been there for ever and in life generally I have never seen or heard of such. What quality are you on about and now I have to pay R50 or R150 to be reconnected, this is more like a yearly service to you sorry but I'm roo young to subscribe to such!!!

Thank you for making contact with Cell C regarding your SIM card.
Please note that once a device and SIM card are signed off to you the maintenance of those products becomes your responsibility. If the SIM card is damaged, you need to buy a new Cell C SIM card that is not RICA'd and let us know once you have it. A SIM swap needs to be done for you to get back online.
