<p>Cell C consultant by the name of Thobekile was not helpfull ,she didnt answer my question and decided to put me on hold without letting me know and transferred me to GET MORE !!! </p>

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
This will be addressed with the team manager to have this kind of behavior rectified.
