Love Cell C but one major flaw
I love Cell C and will remain a client because their service is good and their prices fair. However I have one major issue. My cards were ****** yesterday and I could not contact my bank as you cannot call 0860 numbers from a cell C phone. Please explain why not as I am now considering my options regarding whether to stay with Cell C. And I do not want to leave but I also need to be able to call 0860 numbers.

16 May 2020, 10:52I DO HAVE AIRTIME AVAILABLE BUT IT STILL WON'T ALLOW THE CALLS. I HAVE SPOKEN TO YOUR CLIENT SERVICES DEPT WHO TOLD ME THEY HAVE RESET THE CALLS. THERE IS AN OBVIOUS ISSUE.

17 May 2020, 08:08It would seem Cell C does not care about their customers as I have yet to have a reply to me response. I have airtime available, have bought prepaid minutes and am still unable to call a 0860 number. Can Cell C please explain.
