Lousy store service
Required the APN settings for a personal hotspot for my iPhone 16 plus. Was told by customer care to go go to a store. Went to the Kenilworth Centre branch. Sales person called the IT person at another store. Was told to come back in 30 minutes. After returning the guy who was supposed to assist me was on a break. The other sales person told me “they don’t deal with such settings”. In a huge company like Cell C only one person can provide APN settings ??
