Lousy service.

If it takes me writing a bad review on a daily [on all social media platforms], so it shall be. Cell C has once again re-listed me after I've paid them in full (2022). At this point no one can tell me the reason why. Even this guy Yudre Casling cannot explain why they re-listed me.

So, I'll just post on a daily until someone senior comes down from their high seats to address me. This is day 1, tomorrow I'll post again on another platform.

Hello,

Thanks for your response. However, I've been at this for a while.

So, I know what the response will be. Hence, I'm requesting someone senior to get off their high seat and address this matter, no be more specific get me Yudre Casling.

Like I said, this is day 1. Tomorrow I'm going to give another bad rating elsewhere, and the next day, and the day after that, until this person furnishes me with a Letter that he claims to have sent to the ITC groups or the Credit bureaus. It must show a clear date as well, because, he claims it was sent last year but they re-listed me again in January.

Anyway, let me not bore you with my issues, they required senior management anyways.

I have just received a paid up letter from Nokwazi.

I don't think you guys understand me. I was given the same piece of paper last year, then your company this January relisted me as being in default.

Now, I need to see the proof that was sent out to clear my name, and an explanation why I was relisted.

Please get Yudre Casling to call me in this regard. Otherwise, I will continue to give a bad rating, until I'm furnished with the proof mentioned above.

The way your company is no pathetic, they send out this poor girl to call me. Where is Yudre Casling, and why is he/she sending juniors to do their dirty work?

I'll keep giving bad reviews until this person calls me and gives me the proof I requested.
