Lousy Service and Management do not speak to customers

After numerous visits to branches, I only get bad service from the staff who give incorrect advise I have also sent four emails to customer service and for over a week they have not called me back I have requested that I speak to management and they are never available and also do not call me back. This after many years of supporting CELL C
